1.1 What are Zocalo’s hours of operation?
We are presently open to the public:
10AM-6PM Monday through Saturday.
We offer delivery Monday through Saturdays.
Curbside pickup is available any day, on appointment, on days when the store is closed to the public. Or, on a “drop-in” basis during regular public open times.
1.2 Where is Zocalo located?
In Edmonton’s Little Italy neighbourhood, just north of downtown.

1.3 Is there any parking?
Yes! There is ample on-street parking in front of the store on 95 Street, 108 and 108A Avenues.
1.4 Do you deliver?
Yes! We offer delivery anywhere in the Edmonton area, downtown Sherwood Park and St. Albert for a fee of $16. Large items, and items outside the Edmonton core can also be delivered, but give us a call for a shipping quote.
1.5 Do you offer Gift Cards?
Yes! We can create a gift card in any denomination in-store or online to mail as a gift. Let us know what you would like.
1.6 I love that space. Do you rent the greenhouse for special events?

to get in touch about the details. In general, it is available only outside general store hours, for a minimum rental of 4 hours. Catering and beverage service available.
1.7 I would like to ask Zocalo for a donation, how do I do this?
We love supporting our local charities, and in general, we focus our charitable support to those charities working directly in our neighbourhood. If you would to submit a request, please select our donation form here. We review all applications monthly.
1.8 Do you have any COVID-19 safety protocols in place?
Yes! Zocalo works very hard to keep our guests and staff safe during the COVID-10 pandemic. Zocalo abides by all safety protocols required by Alberta Health Services,plus we have strict mask policy, accessible hand sanitizing stations, marked, wide pathways, no in-store dining, staff health checks and policies, abundant sanitation of all touchable surfaces and much more. We hope you all stay safe and healthy during this time.
1.9 Will you pot my plant for me?
Yes! If you purchase your plant or pot at Zocalo, we are happy to help you pot it up at no additional charge (except for supplies, plant and pot). We can’t always do it on-the-spot, but we can always prepare it for pickup.
