Water: Water only when top two inches of soil are dry to the touch. This is a plant that can handle drying out and will do better for it. 

Light: Bright, indirect.

General information: This is a great plant for low maintenance plant parents.  The leaves grow large under the right conditions, and will flower regularly (waxy red, white, pink spathes). This is an ephiphetic plant that climbs in its natural settings so it will produce aerial roots. You can re-pot it deeper or trellis it for support once it starts to grow up. They enjoy humidity.
