Seeds, Statice Supreme Mixture (West Coast Seeds)

Start Supreme Mixture statice seeds indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost and transplant once nighttime temperatures are up around 10°C (50°F). Grow in full sun in any well drained soil. Tolerant of very dry soil, but keep watered in long periods of drought. Statice blooms from July to September on plants that grow 60cm (24") tall.

Timing
Start Statice seeds indoors 8-10 weeks before the last frost. Keep soil moist at 18-21°C (65-70°F). Seeds should sprout in 21-30 days. Provide ample light as soon as seedlings emerge. Transplant once night time temperatures are consistently above 10°C (50°F).

Starting
Sow seeds 5mm (1/4″) deep, and keep soil just moist, not wet. Thin to 40-45cm (16-18") apart.
